3. Product Features:
Our fine alumina polishing powder has following advantages:
● Powder facilitation pulp, customers can be used directly or made into slurry using, solid containing 1% to 60% adjustable, the liquid phase is stable.
● Crystal phase stability, hardness adjustable (BET 1 ~ 30m2/g), and the particle size is small and distribution uniform, without large particles;
● Good polishing, cutting speed fast, luminosity bright, mirror effect good;
● High grinding efficiency, grinding efficiency is much higher than Silicon Dioxide (SiO2), rare earth and other soft abrasive, surface finish better than white corundum, can polish uniform and bright gloss.
4. Applications:
● Phone screen polish, including the final polishing for sapphire cell phone screen, cell phone glass screen. Can also be used: artificial gems, zircon, high-grade glass, natural stones, jade, agate and other vibratory finishing (machine polishing, roll polishing), manual polishing (grind polishing)etc.
● Metal polishing, including mobile phone shell, car wheels, high-grade hardware final polishing. It can also be applied to aluminum, copper, stainless steel, stone, tiles and other polishing.
●Paint surface polishing, including automotive paint polishing, phone shell paint polishing.
● Can be made into various of polishing slurry directly, the slurry status is stable during using.
